Pearl River, NY - Councilman Thomas Diviny, candidate for Rockland County Court Judge, received the endorsement of the Rockland County Patrolmen's Benevolent Association. The Rockland County Central Labor Council represents more than 33,000 Union Members and their working families in Rockland County.
